Gardner Bait Bomb
The Bait Bomb tool is a clever device that allows you to form compressed groundbait or scalded pellet sticks without using PVA or needing a method feeder.
The formed groundbait/pellet Bait Bomb has a tapered cavity and slot so that it can be slotted on and then slid down the line so it sits on the lead, or carefully threaded onto the hooklink if your fishing close in. Alternatively, the Bait Bomb can be used as a casting weight with a free lined bait by simply sliding it down the hooklink onto the hook.
For the best results we recommend that you use a strong binding method mix. Alternatively a proprietary shop bought ground bait mix may be used with the additional binders, e.g. flour at a 1 ounce per 8 of groundbait. Extra flour can be added to mix to slow break down time or aid casting.
Pre-formed Bait Bombs may be microwaved, 6 at a time for 1-2 minutes at full power and stored in an airtight container for months ready to go.
