Breakaway OTG Impact Shields

The Breakaway OTG Impact Shields are based on the tried and tested original Impact Shield but are designed to lock the hook in place to prevent early release when using an OTG cast. The Breakaway OTG Impact Shields uses a metal central pin which locks the hook in position until water pressure realises it upon impact with the sea.

It works very well with pulley rigs, long snoods and large baits and because the hook is locked in place you do not need to worry about having exact length snoods. Includes a fastlink for attaching the sinker.
