At Taskers Angling we really do believe that fishing is for everyone. We want to get as many people Angling as possible and we champion any campaign that helps people to do this. That is why when we saw the Angling Trust's Get Fishing Campaign we had to bring it to your attention.
The aim of this campaign is simply to get more people fishing more often. Throughout the year many events are held to do this. These events are up and down the country, including in Liverpool where are store is based. These events are open to anybody, of all ages and ability. Importantly we should mention that if you have Angled previously and are looking to get back into it then such events could be perfect for you as confidence could be built back up along with adding a new social element to the sport.
They also provide useful information on which venues may be best suited for you depending on what you are looking for. In particular they will help people look for somewhere to Angle if they are disabled and not sure where it is best to visit. Fishing is great for physical and mental wellbeing, another reason why we would highly recommend getting involved.
We feel that this campaign is one that could benefit a lot of Anglers. As mentioned we want to get as many people fishing as possible and feel this offers a great avenue for people to do so.
